Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- You have the original purchase receipt
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, here's what happens:
- Quality check within 24 hours of receipt
- Refund initiated within 2-3 business days
- Money back in original payment method

Delivery Information
Standard delivery times and coverage:
- Your jar is made after you order: about 2 days to make and dispatch
- Shipped with Blue Dart: 3-5 days anywhere in India, varying slightly by region
- Free delivery on every order, with Cash on Delivery available
- We deliver within India only
Packing and Damage in Transit
How your jar travels, and what happens if something goes wrong:
- Glass or BPA-free food-grade plastic jars
- Each jar is wrapped in honeycomb paper, then shrink-wrapped and sealed
- If your jar arrives melted, leaked or damaged, contact us through our Support page and we will make it good with a discount on your next order
