What is the difference between A2 cow ghee and buffalo ghee?

A2 cow ghee comes from indigenous Indian breeds (Gir, Sahiwal) and contains A2 beta-casein protein which is easier to digest. It has a golden yellow color and nutty aroma. Buffalo ghee has 7-8% higher fat content, white color, and richer creamy texture. Both are pure, traditional, and made with video proof.
